Thekra AlHadi releases her first song “Meta Bethen”

The Saudi artist Thekra AlHadi recently released her first new song, "Meta Bethen" which was produced by Platinum Records, composed by Faisal, and written by Watad. In the song, Thekra conveys feelings of longing, sadness, nostalgia, and the pain of separation in a warm romantic context, reflecting the emotions experienced by lovers during separation and their yearning to reunite. Thekra launched her singing career after participating in the first edition of the "Saudi Idol" program in 2023, where she garnered attention for her captivating presence and vocal ability, and had the opportunity to perform with artists such as Nawal AlKuwaitiah, Angham, and Aseel Abu Bakr. Expressing her excitement about her new song, Thekra stated, "This song represents my feelings during a past period, and although I presented it with deep emotions, I've since moved on from that stage, thank God. I'm delighted with the positive reactions and feedback following the song's release, as we worked hard to ensure all the elements came together successfully, from the melody and lyrics to the vocals and overall presentation." Thekra is known for her preference for the melancholic tarab style, influenced by the voices of prominent Arab singers she listened to while growing up. She has promised her fans that more of her artistic works will be released successively in the near future.
